1. Assess how leadership development currently occurs in their organization, examining both formal structures and the informal practices through which staff gain responsibility and perspective.
2. Identify at least three organizational practices that could intentionally strengthen leadership development through regular work.
3. Develop one actionable strategy to create more equitable access to leadership growth opportunities, including a first step they can implement within 90 days.
